Installation Instructions

1. Power off the laser cutting machine
2. Remove the protective lens and nozzle from the cutting head
3. Insert the BOCHU visual aligner into the cutting head nozzle seat
4. Turn on the aligner — a red laser dot will project through the nozzle
5. Observe the dot position on a target surface placed below the cutting head
6. If the dot is not centered in the nozzle bore, adjust the cutting head alignment screws until the dot is perfectly centered
7. Remove the aligner, reinstall the nozzle and protective lens
8. Power on and perform a test cut to verify alignment
