Installation Instructions
- Power off the laser cutting machine
- Remove the protective lens and nozzle from the cutting head
- Insert the BOCHU visual aligner into the cutting head nozzle seat
- Turn on the aligner — a red laser dot will project through the nozzle
- Observe the dot position on a target surface placed below the cutting head
- If the dot is not centered in the nozzle bore, adjust the cutting head alignment screws until the dot is perfectly centered
- Remove the aligner, reinstall the nozzle and protective lens
- Power on and perform a test cut to verify alignment
