Installation Instructions

  1. Power off the laser machine and wait for the cutting head to cool
  2. Unscrew the old M8 nozzle counterclockwise
  3. Clean the mounting thread and nozzle seat
  4. Screw in the new D12 H10 M8 nozzle clockwise by hand
  5. Use a wrench to tighten securely — do not over-torque
  6. Check the nozzle center alignment and gas flow before cutting
