Installation Instructions
- Ensure the laser machine is powered off and cutting head is cool
- Remove the standard nozzle from the cutting head
- Inspect the nozzle seat — ensure it is clean and undamaged
- Install the D28 supersonic pressurized nozzle, ensuring proper thread engagement
- Tighten firmly but avoid over-torquing to prevent thread damage
- Set appropriate gas pressure — supersonic nozzles require higher assist gas pressure than standard nozzles (typically 10–20 bar for N2/O2)
- Perform a test cut to fine-tune gas pressure and focus position
